Bathroom Vanity FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most at our Roswell showroom, from vanity sizes and sinks to pickup and delivery.
What kinds of bathroom vanities do you carry?
Hundreds of bathroom vanities in every standard size from 24 to 144 inches: single and double sink, freestanding and floating, in modern, transitional and farmhouse styles. Our core lines are all-wood construction with a 7-layer protective finish, and we're an authorized James Martin and ER Vanities dealer.
Where can I buy a bathroom vanity near Roswell and North Atlanta?
At our Roswell showroom, 5120 Old Ellis Pt, Roswell, GA 30076. Hundreds of bathroom vanities are in stock and ready to take home the same day. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday 10:30 to 5:30 and Saturday 10:30 to 4:30.
Do your bathroom vanities come with a sink?
The sink comes with the countertop, not the vanity cabinet. You pick the vanity, then choose an in-stock quartz, marble or granite top with the sink already cut to fit. We'll match the vanity, top and faucet with you in one visit.
Do you sell bathroom cabinets?
Yes. Our bathroom vanities are sold as the cabinet, so you can pair any vanity cabinet with the top and sink you like. We stock every standard width from 24 to 144 inches in solid, all-wood construction.
What size vanity do I need for a double sink?
Double-sink vanities start at 48 inches, but 60 inches and wider is where two people have comfortable elbow room. 72 inches and up gives each sink its own counter and drawer space. We stock double vanities up to 144 inches.
Do you carry floating vanities?
Yes. We carry floating (wall-mounted) vanities as well as freestanding vanities. Freestanding models are more popular with Atlanta homeowners, so you'll see more of them on our floor, but we're happy to show you floating options for a modern look.
Floating or freestanding: which bathroom vanity is better?
Freestanding vanities sit on the floor, offer more storage, hide plumbing and usually work with your existing plumbing, which makes them the most common choice. Floating vanities mount to the wall for a lighter, modern look and open floor space, but they need solid wall backing and may need plumbing moved.
Is a 30-inch vanity right for my bathroom?
A 30-inch vanity is a great fit for hall and guest bathrooms. It gives you a full-size sink and more counter space than a 24-inch without crowding the room. Measure your wall width and bring it in; we stock 30-inch vanities in several colors and styles.
What's the most popular bathroom vanity size?
36 inches. It fits most standard bathrooms, gives you a full sink with usable counter space, and has the widest selection of styles and colors on our floor.
Should I get a single or double sink vanity?
A single sink gives you more counter space and storage for the same width. A double sink makes sense when two people get ready at the same time and your wall is at least 60 inches wide. Under 60 inches, a single sink is almost always the better choice.
What size vanity fits a powder room?
Most powder rooms take a 24-inch vanity, or a 30-inch if you have the room. We stock 24-inch vanities in white, wood and dark finishes, ready to take home the same day.
Can a 48-inch vanity have two sinks?
It can, but a 48-inch double vanity leaves very little counter space. Most homeowners choose a 48-inch single-sink vanity for the extra storage and counter, and step up to 60 inches for a true double.
What's the best vanity for a small bathroom?
A 24- or 30-inch vanity with drawers gives you the most storage in a tight space. A floating vanity can also make a small bathroom feel bigger by showing more floor. Bring your measurements and a photo and we'll help you pick.
Are you an authorized James Martin dealer?
Yes. Renovate for Less is an authorized James Martin and ER Vanities dealer. Stop by our Roswell showroom to see the quality in person and ask us about the full James Martin collection.
Is there a bathroom vanity store near me?
Our Roswell showroom serves North Fulton and the North Atlanta suburbs, including Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and East Cobb. Local delivery is available for a fee within 20 miles of the store.
Can I see bathroom vanities and cabinets in person before I buy?
Yes. Everything on our floor is real, in-stock inventory you can open, touch and compare side by side, from the cabinet construction to the finish. No appointment needed.
Do you have modern bathroom vanities?
Yes. We carry modern, transitional and farmhouse vanities, including floating modern designs, flat-panel doors and matte black, white, gray and natural wood finishes.
Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours: Monday to Friday 10:30 to 5:30 and Saturday 10:30 to 4:30. Bring your measurements and a photo of your space.
What else does your bath showroom carry?
Along with vanities and vanity tops, we stock freestanding tubs, faucets and shower glass, so you can finish your bathroom in one trip.
Do you install bathroom vanities?
No. We're a retail showroom and don't offer installation or home services. Most customers use their own plumber, contractor or handyman. We'll help you choose the right size and top so the install goes smoothly.
Can I buy now and pick up later?
Yes. Once you've paid for your vanity, you can pick it up anytime within 2 weeks.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer local delivery for a fee within 20 miles of our Roswell showroom. Ask us for a quote when you buy.
