What shipping methods do you use?

We currently offer UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and Truck shipment options.

Why can't I track my Priority Mail shipment?

Priority Mail offers delivery confirmation only. For most shipments, the US Postal Service now provides detailed tracking information, however it is possible that packages may not be scanned as regularly as they are when using FedEx or UPS.

Product availability states "Ships In 7-14 Business Days"

If an item is not in stock, globalvaluesupply.com will special order it from the manufacturer upon purchase. Once the item is ordered it takes an estimated 7-14 business days for the item to arrive in our warehouse (depending on manufacturer). At this point the order will immediately ship and you will get a shipping confirmation email.

When will my order ship if it contains items not in stock?

Our policy at this time is to ship all orders within 3 business days of when they are “complete”, meaning all items are in stock. If you need specific items to ship sooner please contact customer service and we may be able to accommodate.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Major cities in the lower 48 States ( Continental USA). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military or Government complexes. We also reserve the right to request a surcharge for rural or other higher than normal delivery addresses.

Why didn't my order qualify for free shipping?

Orders over 70 lbs or containing products labeled "oversized" are not eligible for free shipping. Also, some destinations have a higher than usual shipping rate or special taxes that raise shipping costs. Since we offer a free or subsidized shipping option on some of our products, we reserve the right to contact the seller for the difference in shipping cost between "average rate" and "high rate" destinations prior to shipping. If the client does not accept the additional fees, we will cancel the sale for a full refund.

How quickly will my order ship?

We normally ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days of the date the order is placed. If an item is not in stock, we will special order from the manufacturer and it should arrive in the lead time stated on the product page. Typically, special orders take 7-14 business days to ship however that varies by manufacturer. In some cases, we are able to direct ship from the manufacturer. If this is the case with your order, the status will be updated to "Direct Shipment from Manufacturer." Typically, this adds 1 - 2 business days to the time it takes to ship out, and the actual transit time could be more or less than the estimate on the website.
